1. Detailed description of goods and/or services
For Tomorrow  is a business in the Music and Art Industry of South Africa and sells Art and Music Related Merchandise to clients all over South Africa and other parts of the world.
2. Delivery policy
Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 1 working day and delivery confirmed by courier service by way of waybill number.
3. Export restriction
The offering on this website is currently available to South African clients only.
4. Return and Refunds policy
The provision of goods and services by For Tomorrow is subject to availability. In the event that For Tomorrow does not have stock of certain items available a similar substitute will be made (as determined by For Tomorrow). In cases where no similar substitute is available,  For Tomorrow will contact the client within 30 days to arrange a refund or client directed substitute. Product photos are representative and may not reflect the exact product delivered.
Cancellation of orders by the client prior to shipping will attract a 10% administration fee.  Orders that have already been shipped may not be returned and will not be refunded.
5. Customer Privacy policy
For Tomorrow shall take all reasonable steps to protect the personal information of users. For the purpose of this clause, “personal information” shall be defined as detailed in the Promotion of Access to Information Act 2 of 2000 (PAIA). The PAIA may be downloaded from:

6. Payment options accepted
Payment may be made via Instandt EFT, Visa and MasterCard.
7, Card acquiring and security
Card transactions will be acquired for For Tomorrow via PayFast (Pty) Ltd who are the approved payment gateway for all South African Acquiring Banks.
PayFast uses the strictest form of encryption, namely Secure Socket Layer 3 (SSL3) and no Card details are stored on the website. Users may go to www.payfast.co.za to view their security certificate and security policy.
8. Customer details separate from card details
Customer details will be stored by For Tomorrow separately from card details which are entered by the client on PayFast’s secure site. For more detail on PayFast refer to www.payfast.co.za.
9 Merchant Outlet country and transaction currency
The merchant outlet country at the time of presenting payment options to the cardholder is South Africa. Transaction currency is South African Rand (ZAR).
10 Responsibility
For Tomorrow takes responsibility for all aspects relating to the transaction including sale of goods and services sold on this website, customer service and support, dispute resolution and delivery of goods.
11 Country of domicile
This website is governed by the laws of South Africa and For Tomorrow chooses as its domicilium citandi et executandi for all purposes under this agreement, whether in respect of court process, notice, or other documents or communication of whatsoever nature .
12 Variation
For Tomorrow may, in its sole discretion, change this agreement or any part thereof at any time without notice.

15. Warranties/Guarantees
For Tomorrow does not warrant to the Customer that the goods are fit for the purpose sold and/or are free from any defects whether latent or patent.
Wherever possible, For Tomorrow will endeavour to pass on the benefit of any manufacturer’s guarantee but apart therefrom there shall be no liability whatsoever attaching to the Company in respect of goods sold to the Customer. Under no circumstances shall For Tomorrow be liable for any consequential loss whatsoever.
15.2 Return of goods
For Tomorrow shall under no circumstances be obliged to accept the return of any goods from the Customer for any reason whatsoever.
Should any goods be returned, this will be at the sole and entire discretion of For Tomorrow and a handling charge equal to 10% of the invoice price shall be payable by the Customer to For Tomorrow in respect thereof.
